An avid collector of ephemera, my mixed media pieces grew out of the need to put my collection of precious stuff to good use. Please email me at erunnerstromart@gmail.com to inquire about any of these pieces.
These stitched pieces are inspired by the miniature tapestries that can be found in the fascinating world of mycology.
I always have a sketchbook handy.
For information about showing your artwork in the Nicholas Quarry Micro Gallery, contact Emily at erunnerstromart@gmail.com.
The Nicholas Quarry Micro Gallery is an art gallery housed in my childhood dollhouse. Although small in stature, the gallery houses grand ideas. News and events can be found here - Nicholas Quarry Gallery
The Gallery is currently on display at the Langdon Divers Community Gallery at the Fond du Lac Public Library in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
I teach classes through a variety of venues. I have taught classes through Jack Richeson School of Art in Kimberly, Wisconsin, through art residencies, and as the primary art tutor with the STEP Homeschool Cooperative in 2019 and 2020.
I enjoy and have experience teaching the book arts and mixed media. Sadly, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I am not currently scheduling any classes. Please check back for educational opportunities when it is once again safe to meet face to face.
You can find me and my Book Cart at local art fairs and arts events where I sell handmade books, artists’ books, and other paper items. Please check my blog and other social media to learn where I will be pedalling my wares!
